Our platform can support multi-location businesses! To us, locations refer to brick & mortars, markets, pop-ups, coffee carts or even virtual locations (which we also provide)! You will be able to customize your menus specific to each location! Customers will have the ability to turn on their locations and will automatically be directed to your location nearest them. Customers will also have the option to choose a different location if closer to their destination. Create your menu items (products) and assign which locations they will be available for pick-up or shipping. Additionally, Admins will be able to view orders and data for individuals or all locations.
Steps:
- Log into your Partner Portal
- Hover over your email in the top right-hand corner and select "Account Settings"
- Select "Locations"
- Select "+ Create New Location" or click on one of your previously made locations to edit

Customize your individual location hours
- Please note that this will only dictate when pick-up orders can or cannot be placed by customers however, these hours do not display anywhere on your app (*A best practice may be to change your closing time 5-10 minutes before store close so your staff does not receive an order right at closing)
- Provide a message to customers who try to place pick-up orders outside of your set hours
